These Terms of Service constitute an agreement ("Agreement") between you ("you", "your", "user", "client" or "Customer") and Receivr. Receivr is owned and operated by Virtually There Offices Ltd (company registration number 08047761), a United Kingdom based Limited company (“its“, “Receivr”, “we”, “us” or "our").

Your use of the website and Receivr for telecommunication services and any related products or services ("Services") including numbers used in connection with the Services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”).

Receivr may change the Terms of Service. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

1) The Term

The Terms of Service commences on the date we activate Services for your Account. The Terms of Service will continue to operate until terminated by either party pursuant to the terms hereof.

2) Ownership of Telephone Number

You further understand and agree that you will have use of the telephone number(s) that are provided as part of the Services only until the end of the Term. You understand and agree that Receivr is the customer of record for all telephone number(s) provided as part of the Services and, therefore, Receivr has certain rights with respect to porting of the number(s). As the customer of record for the telephone number(s), Receivr owns the telephone number(s) assigned to you. Receivr reserves the right to refuse to port any telephone number(s) in its sole discretion.

You understand and agree that your number(s) may be re-assigned to another customer. You agree that Receivr will not be liable for damages (including consequential or special damages) arising out of any such re-assignment and You hereby waive any claims with respect to any such re-assignment, whether based on contractual or any other grounds, even if Receivr has been advised of the possibility of damages.

3) Billing and Payment

Any applicable activation fees and monthly recurring charges are billed in advance of the month of usage. You will also be billed for any additional call minutes which exceeded the number of inclusive minutes included within your plan; usage charges will be billed in arrears.

You are to pay for all charges by credit or debit card. Credit or debit cards will automatically be charged monthly or upon reaching the Minimum Balance Amount, whichever comes first. No additional notice will be required for billings to the credit or debit card on account.

Upon signing up you will be charged £10+VAT as an initial top of our call credit. This is used to pay for any call transfers or any additional calls over the monthly limit within your package.

4) Charges

Each Product plan is subject to a monthly service fee. This fee includes a certain number of "inclusive" minutes and an additional minute rate if you exceed the number of inclusive minutes on your Product plan, Receivr will bill you for the minutes you use above your plans inclusive minutes.

International calls including calls forwarded from Your country to a country outside of your country, are invoiced based on the international outbound rates.

You are responsible for paying all charges to relating to your account, including international charges, taxes and surcharges.

5) Call Forwarding

For call forwarding you will be creating two legs for each conversation

An inbound leg from the caller to your Receivr number. An outbound leg from Receivr to the number you are forwarding the call to.

Each leg is billed separately to your Receivr account on a per-minute basis. Each call is also rounded up to the closest minute.


A caller calls your UK Receivr number. To receive the call, you will be charged an inbound call charge to UK. Now, if you are forwarding your call to say Germany, the outbound price for Germany will be applicable.

Total cost: (UK Inbound + Germany Outbound per min).

6) Changes to Pricing

Receivr reserves the right, at any time, to change it's prices for the supply of Services, this will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site or by electronic delivery to you.

7) Limitation of Liability

Receivr assumes no liability for loss or damage resulting from any use of or reliance upon it's products, contents or services. In no event will Receivr or any of its affiliates be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, or other direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, special, consequential or incidental damages or claims (whether in contract, in tort, or otherwise) arising out of or relating to your use of Receivr Products and/or Services.

Receivr total liability in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, or otherwise resulting in connection with the performance, or contemplated performance, of the agreement, shall be limited to an amount equal to the last monthly invoice for the Services used by the Customer.

8) Force majeure

Neither party to this agreement shall be liable for failing to perform or delay of performance, if delay is caused by circumstances or events outside their reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to industrial action, acts of God, terrorism, civil commotion, refusals to grant licences or permissions.

9) Termination of Service

You may terminate this your account at any time. Termination of Service will cancel your Product Plan, but keep it active until your next invoice is due. Once your Account reaches the next billing period, it will be automatically terminated. Upon termination of your Product Plan, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Upon termination you are responsible for paying all amounts and charges owing under this Terms of Service.

Receivr reserves the right to cancel the service with immediate effect should the company believe there to be a tangible risk to its business and/or reputation.

10) Outline of Services provided

Receivr is NOT a Personal assistant service. Receptionists will not manage diaries, correspond with your clients by email, ask for a callers email address or attend meetings on your behalf. Receptionists WILL answer calls in your company name, forward the caller on to you or take a number/message and notify you by text/email.

By using Receivr you consent to our privacy policy.

12) Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. 13) Violent, threatening or abusive behaviour

Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from violent, threatening or abusive behaviour and everything will be done to protect that right. At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated. We will work with the Police to prevent it.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our service to certain individuals. Examples include those who behave violently, threateningly or abusively; customers who do not agree to pay for our services.

14) No Warranties

Receivr Products and/or Services are provided "as is," with all faults, defects and errors, and without warranty of any kind. Receivr does not warrant thatProducts and/or Services will be free of bugs, errors, viruses or other defects, and Receivr shall have no liability of any kind for the use of or inability to use Products and/or Services.

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with English law and the users agree that all claims arising from their participation in the Game will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales Courts.
